Is melamine dinnerware safe to eat from?
Yes. Food-grade melamine that meets FDA migration limits is safe for serving and eating food at room temperature or cold. Do not microwave it.
Are your melamine products BPA-free?
Yes. Every product in our catalog is made from BPA-free, food-safe melamine. BPA-free status is listed in each product’s specs.
Can melamine go in the dishwasher?
Yes, all of our melamine is top-rack dishwasher safe. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that can dull the glossy finish.
Is melamine microwave-safe?
No. Melamine should not be used in the microwave or oven. Use it for serving and eating; reheat food in ceramic or glass.
